    Major projects face unique challenges when managing the connection to, and ongoing interaction with, the electricity supply network. Electricity supply networks have unique technical and regulatory characteristics, which reflect the essential nature of electricity supply, the inter-connection of the electricity supply network and the fundamental driver of technical performance that underlies network management and operation.
